Catching up
I finally got around to taking some pictures of my thrifting adventures, so voila! It's not much since I hate taking pictures in general (but I wouldn't hate it so much if I had a nice Nikon.. hmm), but you can get a good idea of my thrift shopping trips anyhow. Notice that my heavy-banged friend is always by my side during these trips.. In fact, if not for her keen eye, I wouldn't have many of the thrifted items I own! I don't have her patience/diligence and often times I overlook potential gems. We also have a certain thrift chemistry and we always know what the other would like. Can't get better than that.
Yeah, what human being wears that shoe size? And what normal person is going to buy those shoes?

So my camera has been dead for a good week now and for some reason I couldn't muster up the courage to take the battery out to charge it... Laziness at its finest
I'm going to get back on track and start taking pictures again. hopefully.
But as an update, I've been shopping almost every day now and finding at least one thing each time! But even thrifting can leave one completely broke, so now I have start restraining myself from going on another shopping trip.
I've gotten a pair of desert boots (finally! been looking for those suckers since '09), a vintage floral dress (which I'm going to hem eventually.. now that I know how to sew), a sheer, black polka-dot button-down, a pale pink blazer and a grandpa cardigan. Absolutely disgusting.
